Client Agreement and Policies
To provide a professional and luxe experience for every client, the following policies are in place. These guidelines ensure clarity, respect for time, and the highest standard of service.

Client respect & Safe Space
Sable Desiree` is committed to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for every client. All clients are asked to engage with kindness and respect at all times.
Discriminatory language, harassment, or behaviour that creates an uncomfortable or unsafe environment will not be allowed or tolerated under any circumstances. Services may be refused or terminated at any time if these standards are not upheld. This is a space where all clients can feel confident, respected, and cared for.
Privacy & Client Confidentiality
Client privacy is respected and protected at all times. Personal information shared during the booking process, including contact details and service history, is used solely for appointment related communication and will never be sold or shared.
Photographs or videos of services may be used for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested prior to your appointment. Client discretion is always honored, particularly for private, high profile, or on set work.
Retainers & Payments
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations, & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48-72 hours in advance.
Failure to show up for or communicate without notice will result in requirement of full payment for all future bookings.
One-time reschedule may be permitted with proper notice.
Retainers will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in full forfeiture of all payments made.
Late Policy
Timeliness is essential to ensure a smooth experience for all clients
A 15 minute grace period may be allowed.
Arrivals beyond the 15 minute window may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
Late arrivals may be subject to additional fees.
No Show Policy
Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in:
Forfeiture of your retainer.
Full payment required upfront for any future bookings.
Additional Guests
To maintain a calm and professional environment, additional guests are not permitted unless previously approved.
Services preparation
Clients are expected to arrive prepared for their services:
Skin should be clean and free of makeup unless previously discussed.
Proper preparation ensures optimal results and longevity.
Travel and on Location services
On location services are available for select services.
Travel fees apply based on distance and location.
Parking, ferry fares, valet, and accommodations (if applicable) must be covered by the client.
Bridal & Large party bookings
A signed contract and non refundable retainer are required.
Final headcount must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event
